  I recently traveled from Ontario to Placentia to bury my father. He was cremated in St John's. I picked up his ashes and brought him to the Dunville graveyard. All Coombs had to do was post an obituary (I created) type up certificate of Death and dig a hole to put my father in. When we arrived at the graveyard the hole was full of water. We were told to put him in the water filled hole, we refused. We asked them to pump it out and put the box in that was supposed to be put in there before we arrived. The funeral director was so unprofessional, he wouldn't leave us to say goodbye to our father he kept bringing up the bill that we disputed before going to the graveyard. We were over charged almost 1800.00. We never got the chance to say a proper goodbye to our father, we were so disgusted in his manner we couldn't wait to get out of there.
